The tracking was okay overall, maybe updated once or twice when I checked, but I feel like it could’ve been a bit more accurate. Customer replies were slow too, around a day or so sometimes, which was a little frustrating.

"Arrived sooner than I expected"
I ordered from myheartmylove.com on Monday and it was at my door by Thursday, which surprised me. I’m particular about shipping updates because I like knowing where my order is, and the tracking worked without any issues. Overall, it was a smooth experience and faster than I expected.

"I kind of assumed the print would look..."
I kind of assumed the print would look sharper for the price, but the photo came out a bit soft and blurry. Maybe it was my file, but I figured it would print clearer than it did. Overall, I was a little disappointed.

"Good quality, but felt a bit ignored"
I got my order and the quality was better than I expected. It feels solid and looks really nice in person. I haven’t had any issues with the product itself so far, so I’m happy with that part. The only thing is I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get much of a response, which was kind of frustrating

"Showed up right on time"
I ordered from myheartmylove.com when I was already feeling mentally drained, so I was just hoping the delivery wouldn’t turn into another thing to deal with. Thankfully, it came exactly when they said it would. The tracking updated fine, and the package arrived in good shape with no damage. It was a surprisingly smooth order overall, no chasing anyone down or extra stress. I’d use them again

The names came out mostly right, my gut told me this would be close to what I wanted. It wasn’t perfect, but it did the job well enough.

My order from Myheartmylove was mostly on point. The main item looked like what I picked and was totally fine, but one small size detail wasn’t what I ordered. Not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Shipping was decent too. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d definitely double-check all the details before and after it ships.

"Return process was such a headache"
I tried to return my order from Myheartmylove, it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The replies took forever, and every time they did answer, it felt like the same super basic message with no actual help.
I already sent the item back, but I’m still waiting on my refund, which is really frustrating. Overall, not a good experience at all, and I definitely wouldn’t order again if this is how they handle returns

"Pretty solid for the price"
For what I paid, I’m happy with it. It does what I needed and I don’t really have any complaints. Like, is it the fanciest thing ever? No. BUT WAIT—considering the price, it’s actually kind of a win

"Packaging was kind of a letdown"
The item itself was okay, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up bent on one side, like it had been tossed around a bit during shipping. I noticed it right away when I grabbed it off the porch after lunch. It just didn’t seem like it was packed securely enough, and a little extra padding would’ve helped.

"Started wearing out way too soon"
I thought this would hold up better, but the material started wearing out fast. it kind of made me wonder if it was really as durable as advertised. Not too happy with it.
